Vacuum line runs to ported spark, not full vacuum manifold.I recently had a new GM 350 Crate, 290HP installed in my 55. We used the old (good-working) long waterpump, and relocated the Griffin radiator rearward to make room for the new A/C Condenser, removed the engine fan and shroud, and installed a hi-volume electric fan with thermostat. New radiator hoses and a new 160 degree thermostat was installed.The Radiator is 25" outside tank to outside tank . . .19" tall . . . I use a swivel style CSR hose inlet on the manifold. I stock trifive radiator will cool an LS just as well as an SBC. The LS hose are a touch smaller trifive rad but not a show stopper. Just get a aluminum drop in stock style one and enjoy, usually $150-200. Gen III/IV "LS" swap info.

I used a standard conversion radiator for my 5.9 conversion in my TJ. It's just a TJ radiator with the tanks swapped. It ran about $200. Been cooling great for three years. My buddy had his stock YJ radiator modified to swap the inlets on his 5.2 swap. 98 TJ LQ4/TH400. ….
