The best Armor I am aware of (DT wise) is the Remnants power armor (28 armor, +1 str, +15 Rad res.), to get it you need to get Arcade and trigger his side quest. Non power armor, the best I used was the mark 2, which I seen at Gun Runners, and Hidden Valley.Currently playing a high luck, gun build.
