Parkerizing is very durable as well and is the standard for military firearms (there are obvious exceptions) a light coat of oil now and then is all it needs.so, I'm up in the air about "which" refinishing I should have done to it. have read that tho cerakote is tough and has more colors available it still looks like paint (I'm going for "black") - does parkerizing "look" better than cerakote ?
