The op wheels are polished/clear coated, not polished. If it were me I'd get some 2000 wet/dry paped and sand the area that has the blemish. Then polish the small area that was sanded to remove the mark, then some clear coat, let dry then wet sand again then another coat of clear and use some fine cut polishing compound then wax the wheel .A solution to clear coating wheels is a clear ceramic coating.
