But I hesitate to call him a Sith. Sure he was trained as one and uses the Dark Side of The Force but he just wanted to feed on everything.As for answering the question, Sidious is as strong as Yoda, but his opposite. Neither is as strong as Anakin, and both are better suited for roles beyond combat. What I'd like to know is how the other Sith Lords stack up to Yoda. In pure force ability, Sidious is clearly stronger than Yoda.However Nihilus consumed a planet to sustain himself. Vitiate on the other hand did that to make himself essentially immortal. Plus the Sith emperor had plans to go beyond that. Beyond feeding off the force, Nihilus could not do much more beyond that of any other Sith.
