Stopped in to my dealership yesterday afternoon. My trusted Ford mechanic there, informed me of this program. Man I was ecstatic.Camshaft Removal Preparation. Prepare a clean work area and assemble the tools needed for the camshaft installation. It is suggested to use an automotive manual to help determine which items must be removed from the engine in order to expose, remove, and reinstall the timing chains, camshaft actuators/phasers, and camshafts.I have a 2018 F150 with the 3.5L Ecoboost engine and 84k miles. The cam phasers were making the all too common startup rattle and I finally brought it into the dealer to be checked out. They confirmed the problem and told me that they needed to be replaced. Yes there's been people with 2018 and 2019 3.5 EcoBoost that have had to have the phasers replaced, also people with the new 2018 + 5.0.
