Drum brake adjuster
I've searched here and found 2 ways to adjust it. First, a few people said keep the truck in the air, throw it in reverse ( not sure how fast) and hit the brakes and it will self adjust. Second, adjust the brakes by inserting a screw driver into the back of the drum and turning the brake adjuster. I like idea # 1 since I really don't want to ...The pic above that just says late model CJ drum brake components. No pins/springs on adjuster lever on that. Then it describes procedure for self-adjusting an non self-adjusting rear drum brakes on 9-8. So basically I have a non-self adjusting rear drums using mis-labeled and described parts. That's causing my confusion.
