EDIT: I forgot about the Chariot Lance. It is pretty heavy for a lance, but it is a really fun weapon. Plus it has Bleed. Those are all of the Str weapons I can think of, off of the top of my head. The best weapon in a Fth/Strength build is a pure strength +15 weapon that you can cast Sunlight Blade on. There is only one combined Str/Faith weapon, the Grant, and it kinda sucks. Manserpent GS makes a good weapon for a Str/Faith build. So does Large/Great Club and Greataxe/Demon's Greataxe.

A strength/faith build was my first character and these were the weapons I used pretty extensively. Heide Knight Spear: Fantastic weapon.
