Agility: I usually get this to 6 (7 after implant), but I usually play light-armor builds. The tunnel Runner and Travel Light perks are amazing (as is Light Touch), and more AP to spend is never a bad thing. That being said, the usefulness of this stat diminishes on builds that are gonna be using heavier armor or won't be very dependent on VATS.Travel light has nothing to do with it. If you are playing Vanilla dlc effects don't effect each other. This means you can use the dead money perk light touch does not know that Elite Riot Gear is not light thus you can get the bonus despite being medium. You also have much more DT than light in a game were added DT is nuts.
