HIR Bulbs are produced in these types: 9012 (or HIR2) for low beam (fits into 9006) and 9011 (or HIR1) for high beam (fits into 9005). They produce ~800 lumens more than their factory counterparts (which is a lot: 1000 ---> 1800 = +80%) while drawing the same amount of wattage and emitting the same amount of heat.HIR bulbs. Buy a quality set of H9 bulbs for your low beams. Preferably Philips or Osram. Google how to modify a H9 bulb to fit into a H11 socket. It's really easy and will give you much more output. For the high beam, buy some 9011 HIR Philips bulbs. Google how to modify the 9011 bulbs to fit a 9005 socket.
