The Holley 650 (P/N: 0-4777-9) carb is factory jetted on the primary side with 67 main jets and a power valve with a .038-inch PVCR. The secondary side of this carb does not use a power valve to balance the fuel flow between the primary and secondary, so it uses 6-step larger 73 jets.When I ran a 3310, it was on a 383 strocker, and only got 10 MPG, I went to a 650 universal Holley, and got 14 MPG, and ran just as good. The Holley I like best is a 650 spread bore, vac secondaries. The last Holley I ran was a 650 double pumper spread bore, on a 388 stroker, 67 short Chev pickup,700R4, 3;23 posi.
