It has M & W turbo that is running around 120 hp. It use to pull a 12 row planter with 400 gallon of fluid for 15 years and then just bare planter for 5 years.Adjusting linkage on 4020 synchro? All the shifting this synchro is pretty loose. Not a problem for most of it but.....the first zone gears 1, 3 and low reverse is hard to get in to that quadrant. It can be done...just isn't smooth. Once in the quadrant getting lined up into 3rd is the most difficult.John Deere 3020 Syncro range diesel. Thanks to the ones who helped me with my oil issue, finally got it right. The problem I have now is the tractor will not shift into park. When you think you have it in park and release clutch, the tractor engine cuts off. I can't go forward or in reverse.
