I have the Original title for it from the FD, it was owned by the city of Clatskanie Fire Department since 1978, The FD told me that they think it was new when they purchased it in 1978, it was stored indoors and is in excellent shape.

From what I have read the M101 is a newer version of the M416.Both are 5 lug, but the kit rims are "combat rims", which have a bolt on ring. The later Dodge M37 truck and the M101/M101A1 trailers used a ring with a split ring that did not use bolts to retain the ring.
