Help please My NIPT (Harmony test) has come back twice with "no results" from KKH. The tests were done on 10w5d and 13w4d. We are just so frustrated as we have been waiting so long to know whether everything is ok. The reason given is "quality error". Im not even sure what it means. I had my MaterniT 21 plus test done last Wednesday around 11+4 and just got the call today that there was no result. Doctor said she actually sees it happen quite frequently “at least twice a week” and is nothing to worry about as long as the second test comes back with results, which most of them do. Mar 8, 2020 at 7:52 PM. Hi everyone, We got the results back from our Qnatal exam (NIPT), and it came back positive for an extra X chromosome, which is called Klinefelter syndrome. My OB told me this is not diagnostic; the test is only 52% accurate for this particular abnormality, and only an amniocentesis will tell for sure.Typically with T21 the nuchal translucently is high with a missing nasal bone. Those can be detected on your 12 week ultrasound. I didn't have a T21 diagnosis but did have high risk for T18. My first test came back high Risk and that was drawn on 12/15 and resulted on 12/28. Redrew on 1/3 and still waiting for results. At 12 weeks I got an NIPT test (Myriad) due to advanced maternal age (36) and family history of CF. All ultrasounds prior to NIPT showed no markers (3 ultrasounds due to hematoma in uterus). 7 days after, the screening results came back with a change in sex chromosome indicating turners.The results also indicated low-risk for abnormalities and so far the ultrasounds have backed that up.
