So I actually have an answer for this! I talked to my HC about it yesterday because I took a tread 50 when it was in the testing phases and hated it, mostly because it was a template that in no way aligned with my running goals/training plan that I wanted to work on in tread 50 (it was a lot of one minute AOs, which I get plenty of in my normal 2G classes).Infinity is considered Dri Tri prep for the floor.
