I had that same leak location almost 2 years ago fixed underwarranty. And mine was the combination leak. Check transfer case poll page 5 or 6 for pix. If its the tc its pricey even for just seal replacement--all labor.

WTF I go take a look and sure enough there is a fair bit of oil that looks to be leaking out around the output shaft seal.
