You can run the wyze_mini_hacks on the V2s in self-hosted mode with RTSP, which eliminates the Wyze servers. You can also add ethernet and POE to them with the right adapters. You could try the wz_mini_hacks software on github. Strange problem. I have a (second) V3 with the latest mini hacks installed with the new go2rtc server installed. The rtsp URL is rtsp://192.168.x.xx:8554/1080p.Device: Wyze Cam Pan v2 (FW v4.49..97) Not sure if this is a real issue, or just a configuration problem on my end, but the RTSP stream only appears to contain audio according to VLC. ... FWIW, everything is working perfectly on my end, except I can't view clips from my Android phone. Gives me corrupted video errors. But I can view non-Wyze clips fine, or view Wyze clips from any other desktop browser. Something seems to be funky about the files that my phone can't handle, and it's infuriating.Seems wyze_mini_hacks saves logs under wyze_mini/log/. I see a lot of repeated messages like these from log/wz_user.log. Seems it got stuck:the official car app doesn't work with the v3 or panv2 obviously, so these are the methods to get this working! you can use the official app to move the pan around PanV2 or V3 on Wyze Car Mod!
